Vote for the City of Phoenix 2008 "Point of Pride"
Each year, the City of Phoenix adds a new Point of Pride to its collection. A "Point of Pride" is a "place you'd be proud to tell your friends and visitors not to miss when they're in town."
Up for the 2008 vote are ten facilities that are key to Phoenix culture. They are (in alphabetical order): ASU at the West campus, Burton Barr Central Library, George Washington Carver Museum and Cultural Center, Cesar Chavez Park, Chase Field, Cutler-Plotkin Jewish Heritage Center, Murphy Bridle Path, North Mountain Visitor's Center, Pioneer Living History Museum, and the Royal Palms Hotel.
